Do you accept insurance?

No. My services are self-pay.

Many of my clients have been able to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to help cover the cost of their sessions.

Because every plan is different, I recommend checking with your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm your specific benefits.

Paying privately also provides a level of privacy and confidentiality that insurance simply can't match. Your sessions and personal information stay between us—without diagnosis codes, treatment limitations, or requirements imposed by an insurance company.

No.

Your first appointment is a comprehensive Initial Session where we'll explore your history, identify the patterns contributing to your challenges, and complete your first personalized hypnotherapy session.

After that session, I'll recommend the program I believe will best support your goals.

Most recommendations fall into one of these options:

6 Sessions – Ideal for many clients seeking to change emotional eating, self-sabotage, cravings, and build healthier habits.

12 Sessions – Recommended for clients with deeper or long-standing patterns who want additional reinforcement and integration.

24 Sessions – Reserved for individuals with more complex histories or multiple contributing factors that require a longer-term approach.

My recommendations are always personalized because no two people arrive with the same experiences or goals.
