Do you accept insurance?

No. my services are self-pay.

What exactly is self-sabotage?

Self-sabotage is when you get in your own way ~ even when you want something deeply.

It’s not about being lazy or unmotivated. It’s your subconscious mind running old protective patterns that no longer serve you, like procrastination, perfectionism, people-pleasing, overworking, or negative self talk, fear of success.

I’ve tried everything — why would hypnosis work when nothing else has?

Most action based only focus on your behavior. Hypnosis works by getting to the root — your subconscious identity. If deep down you still see yourself as someone who always struggles with self sabotage, your mind will keep proving that belief true. Hypnosis helps you rewire those beliefs so lasting change finally feels natural.

Do I have to believe in hypnosis for it to work?

Nope.

You just have to be open and willing to relax and follow the process. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention ... not mind control. Whether you're a skeptic or not, your subconscious is always listening, and hypnosis gives us a direct line to help it shift.

Will I be in control during hypnosis?

Absolutely.

Hypnosis is not sleep, and you won’t do or say anything you don’t want to. You’ll feel relaxed, aware, and fully in control ... just deeply focused.

Most clients say it feels like guided meditation with real breakthroughs.

How is your approach different from just using willpower or motivation?

Willpower works for short bursts ~ but 95% of your actions come from your subconscious mind, which runs on identity and belief systems.

If your subconscious doesn’t believe you’re “the type of person” who follows through or succeeds, it will pull you back into old habits. My work focuses on rewiring those beliefs and helping you to shift into the version of you who always felt motivated and confident so change feels natural, not forced.

What is identity shifting, and why is it important?

Identity shifting means changing who you believe you are at a subconscious level.

When your self-image aligns with the person you want to be ~ confident, consistent, capable ~ your actions start matching automatically.

Without this shift, most changes won’t stick.

What’s the difference between your audio and private sessions?

The Overcoming Self-Sabotage audio is a great place to start — it helps to begin the process of reprogramming your subconscious identity and chip away at the the self-sabotage cycle.
But if you’re looking to go deeper and work through personal emotional blocks, old traumas, or deeply rooted patterns that has resulted in your struggles with self-sabotage,

then private sessions offer personalized, in-depth support tailored to your journey.

What does an Initial Session look like?

Each Initial session is personalized and begins with a deep dive into what the issue is and the obstacles your facing regarding your struggles with self-sabotage.

Then, we’ll move into the hypnosis portion, where I guide you into a relaxed, focused state and work through what the specific beliefs or blocks are.

This portion of the session is merely for me to see how well we work together while your in this relaxed state.

You'll leave the session feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered. Followed by my recommendation pertaining to how many sessions maybe needed going forward.

How long are your sessions?

Initial Sessions can last about an hour. While regular sessions can go up to 90 mins.

How much do sessions cost?

Initial Sessions for new clients are $247.

I also offer packages for those committed to deeper work which range from $850 for 3 sessions and up.

Payment plans via Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna are available if you choose to invest in a package after your initial session.

How many sessions will I need to see results?

Everyone’s journey is different.

Some clients feel major shifts after their first session, but after working with over 300 clients these past 4 years on their self sabotaging behaviors (and my own), I found that anything less than 6 sessions is doing a disservice to the client.

I have many clients who chose to work with me long term and choose 12, or 24-session packages to clear deeper blocks and build long-term transformation in every aspect of their life.
